My husband and I recently contacted Window Works to get pricing on some windows and doors for our home. We’ve used their before, and they’ve always went above and beyond to make sure our needs are being met. When the salesman came out this time, he gave us a bid for the work, but also mentioned that we’d be receiving a Condo Voucher with our purchase. We couldn’t believe it. We haven’t been on a vacation in years. We’ve been trying to plan a vacation for the past 5+ years, but always have something that comes up that needs our financial attention first. Window Works opened the door to be able to have all of the work we need done, without having to sacrifice our vacation. I recently made the decision to do some upgrades in my home. I contacted a company named Window Works to get a quote on having the windows replaced. It was my first time using them and have been pretty impressed with them so far. One thing I really appreciated about their company was their generosity. I was given a Condo Resort Voucher with my purchase. It’s not every day that you receive a gift of this value. Window Works is a great company and based on my experience so far, I would recommend them.
Pleasure to Work With
My wife and I were in the market to buy some new windows for our home. We had our windows replaced by a company named Feldco about 25 years ago, so when we started reaching out to companies, they were the first ones we contacted. But there was one minor problem the number we contacted online wasn’t Feldco, but a company named Window Works. When they answered the phone we nearly hung up, but we decided to at least hear what they had to offer. They mentioned a new promotion including a Cruise Voucher that came with any eligible purchase. This incentive really peaked our interest, so we decided to call them out and get more information. When the salesman came out, we ended up working out a deal including the Cruise Voucher. We’ve never been on a cruise before, so we are really looking forward to our vacation. Windows Works has been a pleasure to work with so far and based on our experience we would recommend them to our family and friends.

I recently decided to get a quote on having the windows in my home replaced. There’s a company in my neighborhood called Window Works, so I decided to call them to get pricing. When the salesman came out, he took some measurements, gave me a quote, and closed by mentioning that with my purchase I would be eligible to receive a Resort Voucher for two. The Resort Voucher was a sweet added bonus and I ended up signing the deal on the spot with their company. I recently was reading the Best Pics Magazine when I came across an advertisement for a company called Window Works. I ended up giving them a call, as I needed to have some siding work done on my home. When the salesman arrived, we went over what I was looking to have done. He showed me some examples and I really liked what I saw. He gave me a bid for the work and also mentioned that with my purchase I would receive a Cruise Voucher as a bonus. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated the voucher as I’ve never been on a cruise. Meet and Exceeded all Expectations
I had 4 windows and 1 door replaced in my kitchen addition. Robert and Chris arrived on time, was professional, courteousness, and efficient. They put plastic up and sealed off the area, covered with floor with a drop cloth. They only thing they left was beautiful new windows and door. NO mess, inside or out, and finished within 4 1/2 hours! I was a little skeptical because of the long lead time, but worth the wait. Thank you guys, you did a great job. The salesman was respectful and explained everything in detail. We knew what to expect from the very beginning. The installers did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I would absolutely recommend window works.
Replacement of windows
This is the second set of windows I am replacing. The salesman and all of his people are the best and the men who install the windows are absolutely great. Tom Warkentin is a joy to work with and I will continue doing mt windows with them.
Outstanding service!
On New Year's eve, I contacted Window Works regarding a problem with a lock to a door which they installed. I spoke with rep. Michelle. She was extremely helpful and informed me that they'll send out a rep. on the 2nd. I was doubtful that anyone would be sent so soon. But the first thing in the morning of the 2nd, a repairman named Vova came to my house and fixed the door! I was pleasantly surprised at the prompt service the company provided. I was expecting some modicum of a hassle being the skeptic that I am. This is the second time I contacted the company regarding a problem. Each time, Window Works provided outstanding service.
