Window Works has amazing products and fair pricing, but their customer service is the best ever. Every person I've had to contact or communicate with had excellent customer service skills. They are extremely professional and courteous. Their service technicians are very knowledgeable. Vovo came to follow up on a service call and it only took him a few seconds to figure out the problem I was having. He corrected the problem in just over ten minutes and explained to me in detail what was going on. He showed me the correct way to operate my window and let me know that I can always call if I needed help again. It is very refreshing to do business with people that love what they do and actually care that you are a satisfied customer.
