windows which I replaced 8 yrs ago, one of them, the top window broke and would fall. window werks had a tech out in less than a week. Vova was my tech and he fixed the window in about 20 minutes. I was very impressed that he took off his boots immediately upon entering my home. had all the proper tools and put new parts on my window. Thank you Vova and Window Werks !
