Needed touch up paint for my outside door

awesome follow up
we had window works put in 6 windows and a patio door on the main floor last year and a large picture window and large patio door in our walkout basement! With only a few hick ups the installs went really well! But the follow up from customer service was AWESOME, Samantha has been great to deal with even with a meticulous old man like me! Kudos to the installers and service staff at Window Works!!!

We couldn’t be more happy from start to finish. Our salesman and our installer Peter was wonderful. Finished all 3 bedrooms in one day. Worked so diligently, taking no breaks and they look absolutely beautiful.
Whole House Replacement
I could not be more pleased with my 27 double hung windows, one sliding patio door, and one front door with two side panels and a transom. The entire process from start to finish was simple, including dealing with my HOA and working through a pandemic. The windows are sturdy and well made. The sliding patio door is also well made. The windows and sliding patio door look much larger than what they replaced even though it is all the same size. The front door is absolutely stunning, well made, and we get so many compliments. The installation team was wonderful with my three young children who were so interested in what they were doing. They were professional the entire time, triple checked all their work, and had us check for anything we didn't like. Installation was perfect. Great work!

Repair of an upper sash window rotted frame
Repairman Stefan arrived to repair my upper sash window that had wood rot and the seals were broken allowing window to fog up. Stefan had to remake three sides of the wood window frame which he did on my driveway and with a van loaded with tools and wood. It took about two hours and he did an excellent job. He cleaned up afterward and made sure the window operated properly prior to leaving. I was very satisfied. He worked consistently while he was here. Good job Stefan. excellent worker.
