I have had the occasion to call the service dept at Window Works twice this summer. Both times I was extremely lucky(& Happy) to have interfaced with 2 very sweet and cheerful ladies by the names of “Dionna “ and “Michelle”!! They handled my questions and concerns with regards to my very minor issues, and immediately scheduled an my service appt without delay!!! Dionna even followed up the next day after Vova, our service tech repaired my screens, and confitmed with me that I was completely satisfied! On a second occasion I had the opportunity to converse with “Michelle” and, again she was very kind and happy to hear from me to help me resolve again a minor problem( my son had broken a screen) and easily solved my problem promptly without delay!!! I could only wish that more of the companies that I as a contractor and small business owner would have such a friendly and wonderful personnel handling their service requests!!
