Terrific Salesman
This review is purely for the salesman’s visit. I will start by saying that I had no intentions of buying that day. I was simply looking for quotes. I already had a quote from others, but not liking what I saw from reviews, I decided to reach out to Window Works. Stephen Millett was my salesman. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in the products. He respected my home and safety during the pandemic. I was so impressed with the product and presentation that I committed that day.
Great windows
Had windows installed in Nov.. So much warmer and better sound proofing. Every body that I had any contact with was very professional and polite. Michele went out of way to correct a small problem we had. We are very happy with the job! Alek was sent out to correct our little problem . He also was very professional. George & Marilyn Mace
Love the windows and the door!
Our entire experience has been pleasant and professional. Gilles knows his product and helped steer us right. Initially we didn’t disclose that we were listing the house and this was the “last piece” & an unexpected need. Once that was shared, he really worked to help us make the best purchase. Love the door so much that I want to take it with lol. Our house did end up selling in 36 hours and I think the fresh curb appeal helped! We had many buyers comment about the gorgeous door and bright windows. Communication was great from Mimi, our concierge. I cannot recall the names of our installers, but holy crap! On a freezing January day, they were done with 17 windows and a door with sidelight in 11/2 the allotted time! Super clean and careful, which I appreciated since the carpet is new & paint is fresh. The first appointment was much longer than I anticipated, so that would have been nice to know. But that was the only minor issue.

Steve from window works was very polite and informative. He did a great job displaying the windows and gave us a great deal on our bay window.

The two men who came to install my windows were very friendly, neat. I’m happy with the whole process. The people I dealt with were B and W windows and kristein Taylor. I would recommend them.

Had an estimate for kitchen windows, representative Daniel was right on time and spent ample time going over my options.

Great Work
This was my first time using WindowWorks. I also had 2 other appointments set-up with other window companies (which I cancelled after Henry’s presentation). Henry arrived on time and was very professional, courteous and funny – I felt like I was having a casual conversation with a friend. Henry provided excellent knowledge of the windows we wanted to purchase – even bought in a sample and showed us how it works. There was no-hassle or pressure to purchase. Henry had us feeling so confident in the products and cost, in addition to windows, we also ended up purchasing gutters, soffits and fascia. I asked a lot of questions and he was very patient and didn’t try to rush the answers. Henry was such a great personable person and because he was so detailed I recommended him to other family members. I also have to mention the crew who came out to install the gutters were also very professional – did a great job and cleaned up when they were done and the window works staff always kept us updated on the project. Great job WindowWorks, I will definitely recommend you to others! Henry Billups is the greatest!!
Find a better company if you live in Chicago
Window Works really let me and my family down. Met with them at 5pm the day before Thanksgiving and spent 4 hours going over plans and getting an estimate. Finished at 9pm. A week later we agreed to the cost and set up another appointment to finalize. Another 3 hours to sign the deal and get the financing set up and agreed on. They set up another appointment to measure the house to order and the next day want to cancel my order. They are not equipped to handle Chicago style homes. I lost a month of my project time and 7 hours of working on this of my personal time. I was even approved for financing. Why would they not have told me this after assessingbon the 1st trip. Find a more professional company or at least if you live in Chicago dont waste your time. Didnt even want to give 1 Star but to write a review I was forced to. Find another place to put siding on your home.
