Today, a Salesman by the name of Mr. Ricardo Siota, from Window Works came to my home to give me an estimate on windows. My experience was positively pleasant from beginning to end. Not only was Ricky on time, but he was extremely knowledgeable and personable. I was impressed with his professionalism and his ability to make me feel comfortable about the purchase that I was about to make. Honest Salesmen are hard to find! You on the other hand, went above and beyond. For that Ricky, I truly thank you!!!
