Pleasantly Pleased

I had a patio sliding door installed. Salesman Cole came to my home to show me a sample. I was so impressed with the door and price, that I bought immediately and canceled another sales call from another company. The door was installed on the date they had quoted me. Installers (Zane and an older man that conversed in Polish) were friendly, quick, and left the area very clean when finished. Inspector Mike came by later that day to follow up. I initially said I was happy with the install but called back a week later with a concern about how the door was closing. Mike came a second time and after seeing how the door closed, he put in a request for a service call. A couple of days later, the troubleshooter Paul came and made several adjustments to the door. Afterwords, the door was sliding and closing nice and was locking much tighter than before. I was very impressed. I'd also like to give a shoutout to Casey for relentlessly calling to make sure I was happy from the initial purchase all the way through the adjustments after install. Very happy with everyone I mentioned and pleasantly pleased with the final product. Will definitely pass on my Window Works experience with family and friends any time I get the chance. You are a very professional team!!!
