So far I love my new windows. The gentlemen were professional and courteous.

We have had excellent service...from the sales person to the window installers. The windows were even delivered and installed 2 weeks ahead of schedule. The windows installers were very clean and meticulous. They installed all our 16 windows in one day. I will definitely give them a call when I’m ready to get my new front door. Thank you for a seamless experience.

We have purchased windows through window works several times. First for our personal home and additionally for two investment properties. We were extremely happy with each purchase and installation. Brianna was very pleasant to work with and was instrumental in setting up our appointments in a timely and efficient manner. Our sales rep Chris was very informative and helpful as we made our purchases. We have noticed such a difference in our heating and cooling costs with our new windows. I would definitely recommend window works to anyone looking to replace their windows.

I have been shopping for windows for several months and decided to go with Window Works. Our decision was mostly based on price as we certainly had sticker shock with some of the national window companies. We were pleasantly surprised with the outstanding customer service and communication provided by Karen as well as the professionalism and efficiency of the installation team. The installation crew was very thorough and neat. They were able to complete the installation of 32 windows in one day and returned the second day to complete the exterior trim work. At the end of the day, you hardly even knew they were at our home. With the excellent warranty, I assume that we will not not need to purchase new windows again for this home, but if we move again and need windows, I certainly will not hesitate to call Window Works again.
