We had windows installed on our second floor back in February, and liked them so much we just order the rest of the house today. The salesman Mike C and customer service reps Karen and Michelle have all been very professional and helpful. Though the initial quote was much higher than originally expected, they were able to reassess and work with my budget to earn my business again.
