I am extremely impressed with how my window replacement was handled from the salesmen to the installers to the quality control that came out when the job was completed. Customer service is A+. Everyone shows up when they are suppose to and they finish the job on time. The new windows look great.

The installers Robert and Chris were great. They were prompt , professional and respectful. After the job was complete, they clear away all of the debris and left everything neat and tidy and made sure I was happy with the job. They deserve a big hugh raise In my opinion. Later in the day their inspector showed up, Mike. He too was very pleasant, professional and courteous and made sure their work was satisfactory. He definitely is very concern with the customer and went well beyond his duty. He actually put up two window blinds when he realized it was going to be an impossible task for me. Window repair
Vova ,the tech, fixed my problem window with a few new parts in a very short time. He was here @0930 and finished within 20 min. I appreciate that i had the rest of the day to run errands. Working with WW is a very pleasant experience! Great customer service!!

Great Servioce
We had windows installed 2 months ago. There were 2 issues with the windows. Customer service was great in getting things fixed, Hector came out and was professional, and took care of both issues in no time, he new what he was doing. Dianna followed up to make sure every thing went well. Great Company from the salesman, to installers, to customer service, and repairs. Love my new windows.
Excellent & Wonderful Service Experience
I have had the occasion to call the service dept at Window Works twice this summer. Both times I was extremely lucky(& Happy) to have interfaced with 2 very sweet and cheerful ladies by the names of “Dionna “ and “Michelle”!! They handled my questions and concerns with regards to my very minor issues, and immediately scheduled an my service appt without delay!!! Dionna even followed up the next day after Vova, our service tech repaired my screens, and confitmed with me that I was completely satisfied! On a second occasion I had the opportunity to converse with “Michelle” and, again she was very kind and happy to hear from me to help me resolve again a minor problem( my son had broken a screen) and easily solved my problem promptly without delay!!! I could only wish that more of the companies that I as a contractor and small business owner would have such a friendly and wonderful personnel handling their service requests!! Thank you, Window Words!!

Great product and Responsive
We had 4 windows and a patio door replaced about a month ago. Install was quick and smooth. One of our windows was supposed to be tempered glass and wasn't so they quickly worked to correct the problem and Paul just installed the correct window this week. We couldn't be happier. Install was right before the hot summer and we instantly saw a difference with the temperature and how often the air didn't turn on thanks to the new windows. Can't wait to see how good they do in the winter.

Ty and Vova just completed installing 2 new glass doors on my patio sliders. They were both professional, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely neat. The new glass looks fantastic!
