windows which I replaced 8 yrs ago, one of them, the top window broke and would fall. window werks had a tech out in less than a week. Vova was my tech and he fixed the window in about 20 minutes. I was very impressed that he took off his boots immediately upon entering my home. had all the proper tools and put new parts on my window. Thank you Vova and Window Werks !
WIndow installation
From sales to install our experience was excellent. We had 8 slider windows installed. The installers took about 7 hours from start to finish. They walked us thru the entire process, answering any question we had. It was actually a great education. The install company was Mack Builders. The installers were Mike and Paul. We were very impressed with their professionalism. All the old windows were hauled away and the whole area was as clean as before they started. During the installation Window Works had an inspector, (Greg) out to make sure there were no issues and that all of our questions were answered. The concierge group was fantastic to deal with. It’s was a real pleasure calling, talking to a person and getting all our questions answered. We would definitely recommend this company!
Best salesman I've ever had
My experience was excellent!! Mike was VERY knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I've never bought without thinking it over but I did today. He took away all my doubts. Oh, the windows are great too :)
Warranty work
My warranty had just expired, but because it was a manufacturers defect in some trim, they replaced the part at N/C, and VOVA replaced the part, recaulked it and did a nice clean, great job overall. Even in 28 deg temps.
Excellent company
This company goes the extra mile to ensure you are happy. We had an install issue and they came out ASAP to resolve it and then Michelle Ortega followed up the next day to ensure we were happy with the resolution. Top notch company.
Awesome customer service
Window works installed my windows in 2014. I called last week and spoke with Michelle Ortega. She assisted me as I needed a few windows re caulked. She was very helpful and courteous. She also called and emailed me in a very timely manner. Thanks Michelle so much!!!
Great Front Door Installation
Window Works did a great job installing my new front door. The sales representatives were very knowledgeable about their product and arrived on time. The installers did a wonderful job installing my front door and were very careful to protect the hardwood floor in my foyer. The installers added extra insulation around my front door and my new front door fit the front door space perfectly. The door arrived ahead of schedule and I couldn’t be happier. I selected Window Works because of the transferable lifetime warranty on the front door and because there is always a Window Works foreman overseeing the job. I also liked the fact that Window Works has an excellent rating with the Better Business Bureau and excellent Google reviews. I also liked the fact that Window Works provided a free estimate and did not pressure me into signing a work contract right away like other contractors did. I went to some of the big box retailers and they charge a 145 dollar measuring fee and their doors are not painted or primed and their doors do not have as good insulation. The big box retailers also do not provide custom fit doors. The representatives at the big box retailers also were not very knowledgeable about their doors. I am really happy I decided to go with Window Works for my front door installation. I also contacted other contractors besides the big box retailers and Window Works but they did not have very good reviews from the Better Business Bureau. I definitely made the right choi

Two very nice guys , paul and mark came to our house . They worked non stop till the job was done. They were courteous clean and efficient. We would highly recommend them . A great job
